Arjun Manocha

I spent 6 months forgetting new words I learned. So I built a tool to remember for me.

Hey Product Hunt community! 👋

I'm Arjun Manocha, founder of WordFlippin - launching here on November 9th!

My Story: I've always been obsessed with words. I'd learn new vocabulary constantly, but weeks later? Gone. Completely forgotten. I tried flashcards, apps, manual scheduling - everything felt like a second job. Creating cards, organizing them, guessing when to review... it was exhausting.

That frustration led me to build WordFlippin.

What is WordFlippin? An AI-powered vocabulary learning platform that uses science-backed spaced repetition to make words stick permanently. No manual flashcard creation. No guessing when to review. Just smart, automated learning that actually works.

Key features:

  • AI generates meanings, synonyms, examples, and memory mnemonics for every word

  • Smart algorithm schedules optimal review times before you forget

  • Beautiful 3D digital flashcards

  • Instant word search for deep understanding

  • Export word sheets for physical flashcards

Why I built it: Because vocabulary building shouldn't be painful. The science of spaced repetition works - but doing it manually doesn't scale. I wanted to automate the heavy lifting so learners could focus on what matters: actually learning words.

Who it's for: Students preparing for exams, professionals expanding their vocabulary, language learners, and anyone serious about mastering words that matter.

The Mission: Make vocabulary learning effortless, intelligent, and permanent. Words shape how we think and communicate - mastering them should be accessible to everyone.

I'm incredibly excited (and nervous!) to launch here. This community has always inspired me with its support for builders creating meaningful products.

Would love to hear your thoughts, feedback, or questions about vocabulary learning, spaced repetition, or building EdTech products!

Thanks for being such an amazing community. 🙏

~ Arjun
