This is the question that can reveal a lot about your passion and values.

Speaking about me, I would choose one of the best movie production companies, e.g. 20th Century Fox because they worked on one of my favourite animated series + I love cinematography. :)
@sietse_schelpe Disney was also my choice. But I am not sure whether I wanted to do "fairy tales" with happy ending for the whole time. I like also dramas, sci-fi or so.
Jellycat. I like its brand image which is known for warmth, inclusivity, and friendliness. So I believe their cultural atmosphere and work environment are also inclusive and harmonious. Besides, I really love their cute toys 🧸
Interesting question. Here are a few of my choices and the reasons behind:
1) Apple: Prestigious and innovative. Love their marketing works.
2) Google: The free value they have provided to the world is immense.
3) Marvel Studios: Came up with the greatest cinematic universe.
4) Nothing: Challenging the status quo by being underdogs and creative.
5) Tata Groups: Changed India's trajectory more than any other company.
6) Black Rock: For being the world's largest asset manager.
7) Pixar: Arguably, the best animation studio on earth.
PS. These are just a few I came without thinking much ;)
My own company. In my humble opinion, the problem with working for a company is that its focus will always be on itself; it will never prioritize our interests. Therefore, nothing is better than working for yourself and relying on a company only to finance your own projects.

For me, the management is more important than the company. Working for someone with poor values or who you don't respect makes the job miserable. Working for someone ethical and admirable can make any job feel worthwhile.
I'd work for a Sports team (football team preferrably) on any role in which I can contribute.
Be in Brand or Relations Management.
Sports is high on emotions and you see ups and downs every week in week out.
@shabb_katoch The higher chances to meet top-notches :) and to be one of them :)

I would work for some small startup where I can have real impact on the product, where enviroment is usually more friendly, distanced and funny. In such small companies you can touch many aspects of the product yourself, see results of your work and get more experience.
I wouldn't choose those top ones like google, apple, meta, spacex etc. because they seem to be overrated, a lot of people are cocky, they are already poisoned by "corporate culture" which I do not like, and what is the most important you need to work on very narrowed area, so you can't learn as much as in a small company.
But that's just my opinion :)
