New in Easy Scribe: Confluence export, sharper PDF / DOCX, and a refreshed editor

Hey everyone,

A new Easy Scribe release is live, focused on making generated docs easier to share and nicer to work with day to day.

What is new

  • Export to Confluence
Any Easy Scribe document can now be sent straight to Confluence as a page. Titles, content, and screenshots are passed across so guides can live alongside existing SOPs, runbooks, and internal docs.

  • PDF exports that match the editor more closely
PDFs now mirror the layout from the editor much better, which helps when sharing guides with clients, vendors, or for audits and training packs.

  • DOCX exports with images included
Screenshots are now embedded in DOCX exports, so Word and Google Docs workflows stay fully visual for reviews, approvals, and template-driven processes.

  • A cleaner editor experience
The editor layout has been refined to keep the document body front and centre.

  • Small fixes and polish
The release also includes smoother autosave behaviour, more reliable exports for longer guides, and general UI polish.
