New in FigForm: Invite & manage team members in a shared workspace

We just shipped Team Members in FigForm 🎉

You can now invite colleagues, clients, or partners into a shared workspace so you can design, edit, and manage forms together (without sharing passwords).

What's included

• Invite one or multiple emails at once

• Clear statuses: Active vs Invited

• Invites expire in 7 days (and you can resend)

• Delete an invite before it's accepted

• Remove active members anytime

Roles (today)

• Invited members join as Admin with near-full access (forms, responses, analytics, integrations, billing, inviting/removing members)

• Admins can't remove the workspace owner, and can't leave the workspace themselves (for now)

Plan limits

• Free: owner only

• Pro: up to 3 team members

• Business: up to 10 team members
