New Lightweight Accessibility Widget

Yes, i know accessibility widgets are a hot topic. But our widget don't change manipulate the DOM. We only change styling and colors. Making it good for people that really needs it, like myself! I have trouble reading some text and when the contrast is terrible, i leave the site.
