Page views are a vanity metric. Why is nobody talking about "Time-on-Page" in Notion?

I’ve spent years building in Notion, but I always felt blind. A 'view' tells me someone clicked, but it doesn't tell me if they actually read my content or just bounced.
I’m building a tool to solve this, and I'm curious: For those of you sharing public Notion pages (portfolios, templates, docs), what metric actually makes you feel successful? Is it the number of clicks or knowing someone spent 5 minutes engaged with your work?
Let's discuss!
