Q4 2025: Preparing for the last quarter of the year (share your plan and challenges)
After yesterday’s “reckoning”, it’s time to define a plan of activities for the last quarter. I didn’t implement many things from Q3, so I would like to finish them in these 3 months.
My goals for Q4 2025:
👉 Edit 30 Short videos I have recorded
👉 Prepare a strategy for growing the newsletter in terms of paid subscribers
👉 Prepare a lead magnet for newsletter and a form of delivery (social media posts)
👉 Try to come up with a more sustainable concept of the project we had for the AI Build Day Hackathon
👉 Start a new project (whatever to meet new people and earn money from that)
👉 Keep exercising, learning 3 languages, reading and travelling
What do you plan for Q4 2025?
(This quarterly review activity was created because I don’t like New Year’s resolutions, doing nothing slowly all year, and then being surprised at the end of the year that I didn’t achieve anything. 😃 Breaking it down into smaller pieces is more sustainable, and I am more committed.)

My partner and I have big plans: We're preparing for our first launch here on PH! We hope it will help us get useful feedback to improve and refine our offer, and maybe get some more visibility. Depending on how it goes, we'll decide our next moves.
On the one hand, we want to keep our expectations low so that we don't get disappointed if things don't go well. On the other hand, we're so excited we can't wait!

@busmark_w_nika yes we actually have already scheduled the launch in exactly two weeks (October 16th)!

Curious: what feels like your highest-leverage move for Q4?
I spent Q3 deep in research - writing my master’s thesis and stress-testing whether Zaqlick made sense in the real world. It does. So Q4 is about the real thing: launching.

@elenamira Cannot tell whether leverage... but I definitely put a lot of hope into videos, they sound promising (But it will be a lot of work)

Cal ID
For Q4, my focus is on launching Cal ID here and testing new channels for growth. I'm trying to push more organic reach and simplify our workflow. The biggest challenge is getting real user feedback quickly without burning out. Also, finding a perfect date for launching! idk why I'm thinking so much about it but I've already delayed the launch because of some product changes and now can't figure out a good date to launch
