🚀 ReadyKit launches tomorrow! What's your biggest pain point when starting a new SaaS?

I'm launching ReadyKit tomorrow (Dec 20th) and wanted to connect with the community before we go live.

ReadyKit is a production-ready Flask boilerplate that helps you ship SaaS products fast. It comes with multi-tenant workspaces, Stripe billing with hosted checkout, OAuth login (Google/GitHub) with MFA, and a modern UX kit.

I built this because I was tired of spending weeks on the same boilerplate code every time I started a new project. Authentication, billing, team management... it's always the same stuff that eats up your first month.

So I'm curious: what's YOUR biggest time sink when starting a new SaaS? Is it the auth setup? Payment integration? Something else entirely?
