I’m Isa, a construction entrepreneur turned developer. For years, I’ve lived the same struggles most builders, GCs, and subcontractors face daily: endless spreadsheets, fragmented software, manual takeoffs, chaotic bidding, and messy communication chains that make even simple projects exhausting to manage.
We all know the industry runs on inefficiency, manual takeoffs that take hours, tenders buried in emails, scattered accounting tools, and disconnected project management systems that never truly talk to each other.
But honestly, the biggest problem goes deeper than bad software.
It’s trust or the lack of it.
Good subcontractors get screwed over by GCs. GCs get screwed over by developers. And developers lose money because of poor workmanship, missed deadlines, and broken promises.

Why Paid Tiers Exist (Transparency Matters)
We understand that our system has tiered pricing, which grants users in higher tiers access to more advanced features. We want to be clear: we don't limit users with a subscription simply to make a profit.
The additional features, such as advanced Automated tools, unlimited bidding, high-volume data storage, and deep financial integrations are computationally and operationally cost-heavy on the platform and company. We implement subscriptions to cover the specific, high operating costs associated with delivering that premium value.
Even free users incur costs to the platform, but we are happily absorbing that financial hit internally. We are betting that by making the core value permanently accessible, the entire ecosystem will thrive and eventually balance out for everyone in the long run.
