Hey everyone 👋

I’m Robin, founder & CSO of K.B Consultancy, currently building Hirebetter.io, an AI-powered workspace for recruiters, hiring teams, and founders who are tired of wasting hours on manual hiring tasks.

I started my career in recruitment, working with companies and candidates across different markets. Over time I kept seeing the same pattern: talented people stuck doing admin, while the human side of hiring (conversations, relationships, judgement) kept getting squeezed.

That’s the gap I’m obsessed with: the intersection of people and technology. Hirebetter.io is my way of giving recruiters superpowers, things like instant candidate summaries, better outreach content, and smarter interview prep, so they can focus on actual people instead of copy-paste work.
