Rust + Python: Trade-offs & Benefit

Since GraphBit has a Rust core with a Python wrapper, it’d be interesting to hear from others: what trade-offs do you see in using Rust under the hood? Does it make sense for your use-case / scale? Would you choose something else if you were starting fresh?
