Serious Products Without Followers Struggle on PH. Our Experience.

We just launched a credible technical product on Product Hunt (AI for production-grade system diagrams). We don’t have a social audience or influencer backing.

The result so far feels like this: without followers, even strong or niche products barely get discovered. Meanwhile launches with distribution seem to dominate regardless of depth or seriousness.

Not complaining, just curious if others felt the same and how they solved it:
– Did you build an audience first?
– Did you partner with a hunter?
– Did you skip PH entirely and launch elsewhere?

Genuinely interested in strategies that don’t rely on paid promotion or pre-existing fame.
