SlideOS was built from a real annoyance
SlideOS started as a very real annoyance.
We built it because we were tired of watching “AI-generated” presentations turn into manual reformatting projects. The problem was not getting slides made. The problem was getting them made in the right brand, the right layouts, and the right standard for teams that actually ship work.
We are a small team working inside real companies. We tried the AI presentation tools everyone talks about, and they could generate slides quickly, but they kept breaking the rules we actually had to live with: the fonts were wrong, the colour system drifted, the layouts ignored the decks we had already approved, and the output never felt like something we could send straight to customers.
What kept happening was predictable. Someone would make a presentation in another AI tool, send it over, and then ask us to port it into our actual brand format. That meant manually reworking fonts, colour tokens, spacing, hierarchy, and slide layouts until the deck matched the system we had already been using. It took hours. Repeatedly.
If the layouts are already approved, AI should generate inside them.
That is the core idea behind SlideOS. Instead of asking teams to accept whatever structure an AI tool invents, SlideOS lets you define the brand pack, define the approved layouts, and then generate presentations inside those constraints. The system respects the presentation surfaces you already trust.
We're excited to get this out there and save people time and frustration!
