Small commerce for unorganised business in India

Hello folks,

I am building a product that could benefit business owners of un organized sector to have ease of doing business.

Those business owners are people who do monthly 10 - 20k with no software in managing their products and selling them.

What I'm planning to solve is

1. Easy product management

2. Social media sharing (WhatsApp and Instagram)

3. Branded storefront for them.

I've watched how my wife struggles in juggling pp ping in WhatsApp for same product for different people. Constant chat with people for similar questions and doubt.

I thought many people out there going through same.

What do you think is must have feature for this app any suggestions to incorporate?

I will launch the product once my wife signs off 😃.

I'm open to suggestions.
