Smart Invoice Bot — Built with UiPath, made for busy people

🚀 A while back, I found myself stuck in a loop — opening invoice PDFs, reading them, copying details, exporting to Excel... day in, day out.

One day I thought: "There has to be a smarter way."

💡 That’s when I built my first UiPath robot — a simple automation that reads PDF invoices, extracts the data, and saves it into clean Excel reports. No clicks, no hassle.

I initially built it for internal use... and it worked like magic!

Then I realized — a lot of people are doing the exact same repetitive tasks, wasting valuable time.

✨ So here it is: the first public version of my RPA bot — no tech skills needed. Just upload your invoice and let the robot do the heavy lifting.

This tool is made for business owners, project managers, freelancers — anyone dealing with tons of documents.
