Most goal-setting advice is about imagining harder. Visualizing. Believing.
Cool. But I kept forgetting what I'd already written. And I had no way to know if my approach was actually working or if I was just busy.
So I built something simple. Write it down. Track when it happens. Look for patterns.
Not about thinking positive. Just about paying attention.
