The perfect product consistency in AI video generation

Today’s market moves fast. Brands need to make decisions quickly and ship content even faster.

Every product owner wants the same thing: show the product in the best light, with premium quality, and still keep production efficient.

In other words: high quality, fast turnaround, and smart costs.

That’s why we built Vertical Motion.

With Motion, you can reduce the time and cost of producing promotional videos, while still getting high-quality results. A big part of that comes from our AI Director Agent, which helps you build a complete workflow from the very start, from the idea to the final edit.

Why this matters?

AI video looks amazing… until you try to make it longer.

The moment you go multi-scene, your product starts drifting:

◻️ shape changes

◻️ logos move

◻️ colors shift

◻️ details get reinvented between scenes

For ads and brand content, that’s a deal breaker.

The solution?

Vertical Motion turns AI video generation into a directed production workflow built for continuity.

You lock the product once, then reuse it across scenes with consistent details.

How Motion keeps products consistent?

Elements

Persistent assets like products, characters, and props. Create once, reuse everywhere.

References

Clean style and environment references (no subjects) to keep lighting and art direction stable.

Director Agent

Plans the structure, scenes, and shots so you don’t have to brute-force generations.

Preview Mode

Review the full plan before generating, so you waste fewer credits and get better continuity.

Scene Connections

Choose between new scenes or continuous transitions for multi-scene storytelling.

Studio Editor

Timeline editing, transitions, text overlays, music, SFX, voiceover, and export to MP4 (H.264).

In the attached tutorial, we build a sample sunglasses ad and show that you can reuse the same Elements across many scenes while keeping the product consistent.

Who it’s for?

👉 DTC and e-commerce brands making ads

👉 Agencies producing lots of variations at scale

👉 Creators making product shorts that stay on-brand

👉 Anyone building multi-scene AI video where continuity matters

If you’re dealing with these pain points, or you’re simply looking for a better way to produce high-quality product videos, Vertical Motion is for you.

Interesting - I'd agree 100% to: "AI video looks amazing… until you try to make it longer."

But would disagree, when you mentioned "multi-scene".
I often have the feeling that only then, AI videos are more realistic, as you'd switch scenes, have broll "breaking" the scene, coming early enough before an e.g. actor would start looping mimic and gestures.

Of course in the end it depends on the type of content - if you'd more interested in polished ads (what I guess your brands doing), then for sure, you might lose branding and consistency :)

@emily_schubert  That’s a great point for narrative content or video content in general. Yes, changing scenes and adding b-roll definitely makes the AI videos more natural.

The area we think we see a bigger challenge for our customers is in branded and product-based content. If you’re using a multi-scene approach for the same product, even slight changes in shape, color, and logo placement can be quite noticeable.

That’s why we’re providing a directed generation approach in our Playground and a Studio for refining everything before export.

Completely agree that it depends on the use case 🙌
