Tired of Scattered Travel Info? So Was I

Hey PH community,

My name is Andrei and I am part of the technical team at GemsAround and I wanted to quickly introduce myself and share why I got involved.

As someone who loves to travel, I’ve always faced the same problems:

1)Too many scattered sources of info (blogs, Google Maps, random forums).

2)Hard to find hidden gems without digging for hours.

3)Overplanning kills the fun, but going unprepared often means missing out.

What brought us all together is the passion we share for travel and the desire to change things for the better.

A bit about me: I graduated from the Technical University of Moldova and have been working as a developer for the past 3 years.

Gemsaround was born by our personal need as a traveler—so joining the team was a natural step.

The tool is currently available in Beta as a web-based app. We’ve already added plenty of destinations, so if you want to save time, I’d encourage you to give it a try and let us know what you think!

I’ll be working on the technical side to make sure the product is smooth, user-friendly, and fun to use. With this being said, your feedback is very, very important.
