The problem

When your car breaks down, everything becomes stressful at once. You don’t know who to call, how long it’ll take, how much it’ll cost, or even if you’ll be understood—especially when traveling or in a different country. Most roadside assistance still relies on phone calls, unclear pricing, and blind trust, while service providers deal with idle time and inconsistent demand.
