We Built Foursite to Turn Floor Plans into Bookable Holiday Homes

I’ll be honest. I’ve never designed a room in my life. Not professionally, at least. But I kept seeing the same pattern.

A property owner wants to turn a spare flat into a short‑stay rental. They send a designer some 2D floor plans or Blueprints. From there, everything slows down.

Site visits.

Manual drawings.

Endless back and forth.

And all the while, the place is not listed.

No guests.

No bookings.

That’s the gap we built Foursite and VirtualSpaces for.

We wanted to turn that first “here are the floor plans” moment into something visual. Something a guest could actually imagine staying in.

So we focused on AI 3D visualization and 3D Visualization from day one.

Take simple floor plans.

Convert floor plan to 3D.

Now layer AI virtual staging and Virtual Staging on top of that.

Suddenly, an empty plan turns into a warm, believable holiday home.

With AI interior design and AI interior décor, designers can test multiple looks fast. We didn’t come at this as real estate people. We came at it as builders who hate friction. Our job is to remove the grind between 2D to 3D.

Designers stay in control.

They still decide style, mood, and story.
