What do you look for in a trading journal to stay disciplined?

I recently launched EdgeLog, a trading journal focused on discipline rather than hype.

While building it, I noticed most journals either become too complex or focus on vanity metrics instead of execution quality.

I’m curious:

• What actually helps you stay disciplined while trading?

• Do you track emotions, sessions, or TP/SL behavior?

• What do you wish existing trading journals did better?
