I'm curious to hear from the Product Hunt community about your health tracking habits.
When you look at your health data (sleep scores, step counts, activity, heart rate, etc.), do you:
1. Know what to do with the numbers?
2. Feel like they connect to each other?
3. Get actionable insights, or just see trends?
I built Fit Rest because I was frustrated that my sleep app didn't tell me why I slept poorly, or that my activity tracker didn't show how it affected my recovery.
What's the biggest gap you see in health tracking apps today?
