What is your #1 struggle with YouTube CTR and thumbnails?

Hey PH community!

I’ve spent the last few months building a tool to help creators (myself included) stop guessing and start testing thumbnails directly on the live YouTube page.

Before I officially launch it tomorrow, I’d love to know:

How do you decide which thumbnail/title combination to use?

• Do you trust your gut?

• Do you ask friends for feedback?

• Or do you use specific design rules (like the Blur or Contrast test)?
