What’s the one thing you wish an emotional journaling app actually did?

by

I built Mirova because I was tired of typing my feelings

While building this audio journaling app, I learned something simple. Most mental health apps make you work too hard.

People are asked to type long entries. People are asked to log moods manually. And most insights feel generic and disconnected from real life.

So I built something that felt natural.

✨ You just talk. Like you would with a friend.
✨ The app listens for context, tone, mood shifts and emotional cues.
✨ It picks up patterns across weeks and months.
✨ It gives reflections inspired by CBT and DBT that actually make sense.

Using it for three months taught me more about my own mind than any journal I kept before.

I learned my anxiety peaks every Sunday evening.
I learned work stress hits me two days later, not immediately.
I learned some triggers I thought were random were actually very consistent.

It felt like having a therapist who remembers everything you say across your entire emotional journey. Not to replace therapy, but to support it.

If you want to try it, the app is free to start.

What patterns have you noticed about yourself recently? I am curious
