I’m curious how people here think about digital gestures. What makes something feel thoughtful instead of just another link?
For E Greet, the goal was to remove friction and keep things simple. But I’m wondering what features or small touches would make a personalized card feel more real or memorable to you.

Not sure what features you already have and how you make them personal (but i'd like to hear about it)... But, answering your question, maybe an opportunity to write about the person, feelings and the holiday to get personalized greeting text on the card? Or, describing the image, colors, style to customize the template? Generic templates feel impersonal as for me
