Why I built MileStage (and what's coming next)

Hey everyone
I'm Saman, the founder of MileStage. Thanks for checking out the product!
I built this because I lived the problem. Years of freelancing, delivering work, sending invoices, then waiting... and waiting. Meanwhile clients would ask for "just a few more tweaks" before paying. The awkward follow-up emails got old fast.
The tools I tried either did too much (contracts, CRM, time tracking, invoicing - all bloated together) or too little (just invoicing, still chasing payments).
I wanted one thing: a way to make payment part of the workflow, not an afterthought. Client approves → pays → next stage unlocks. Simple.
What's on the roadmap:
Project agreements (auto-generated, client signs before work starts)
Visual project timeline (automatic history of everything that happened)
More templates for different freelance niches
