Why I spent a year building an AI to save me from the "Swiping Burnout" cycle

Hi Product Hunt! I’m Nicole, co-founder of LoveActually.ai.

Like many of you, I spent 2024 staring at "Read" receipts and feeling like dating apps were optimized for my engagement, not my connection.

After hitting a wall with Tinder and Hinge, our team decided to build a "Relationship Companion" rather than just another dating app.

We created two AI mascots: Astute Kitty (the brutally honest strategist) and Loving Kitty (the emotional support with long-term memory).
