Would you focus more if your productivity funded something real?

by

For over a decade I designed retention systems for the casino industry. Variable rewards, streak mechanics, loss aversion triggers. I got very good at keeping people engaged with things that weren't good for them.

At some point that stopped sitting right with me.

Focus for Change is me asking: what if the same behavioral loops pointed somewhere useful? You complete a focus session, real money goes to a cause you actually care about. Ocean cleanup, hunger relief, mental health support.

Launching tomorrow. Happy to answer anything about how the donation math works, the retention mechanics under the hood, or why I think Forest left a massive gap in this market.
