Student Makers: How do you balance exams, sports, and shipping products?

I’m a college student and semi-pro football player. I just launched my first product today (an interactive Japanese folklore book).

Honestly, the hardest part wasn't building it—it was finding the time between training sessions and classes.

I’m curious: Are there any other student makers here? How do you manage your time? Do you prioritize shipping over grades, or try to balance both?
