After every call, do you want us to tell your tools what happened?

Here's how webhooks work in Vaani (no code needed)

A webhook is just Vaani sending your app a message when something happens on a call.

You pick the events you care about: call_started, call_ringing, user_picked_up_at, call_rejected, call_no_answer, call_failed, call_ended.

You give us a URL. When a call ends, we send it a message, and you can drop the result in a Google Sheet, ping Slack or update your CRM.

What would you automate first when a call ends?

updating CRM and creating a follow up task is something I think I can do, if someone asks for callback tomorrow it shouldn't be buried in transcript

A callback queue would be useful! I'd route unanswered calls there and flag failed calls separately so someone can check what went wrong. Can the webhook include a customer ID to connect each event to the right record?
