Okay, I'll begin the conversation.
From my experience of connecting with some founders, I have noticed a few patterns:
• Most of them want to dig into performance shifts but rarely get the 30–40 minutes it actually takes.
• Weekly audits get replaced by quick questions like: “is the ROAS fine today?”
• Budget decisions usually happen on instinct instead of data patterns
