Has your patience for staring at a frustrating bug completely disappeared?

Back when I started coding, hitting a stubborn bug meant spending an hour reading through old StackOverflow threads and experimenting with different fixes. That deep dive process actually taught me how the codebase was structured.
Now, if a script throws an error for more than two minutes I immediately paste it into a chat window for a quick fix. My productivity is higher but I honestly feel like my deep-focus muscle is getting weaker.
How do you stop yourself from leaning on AI too quickly when a tough problem comes up?

I gave up on resisting and moved the learning somewhere else. The fix can come from the AI, but the reason for the bug has to be written into the project's notes, in the file for that area, at the moment it is found. Example from my lyric video renderer: the progress bar would not grow because that ffmpeg build does not recompute a box's width per frame. I would never have remembered that one, but now it is one line anyone reading the notes sees before touching the code. The deep dive still happens, it just ends in a sentence instead of in my head.
