Are AI voice agents actually driving revenue or just handling calls?
We’ve been building Voizematic over the past few months, and one thing became very clear:
Most AI voice agents today are really good at conversations…
But businesses don’t actually care about conversations — they care about outcomes.
Things like:
• Did this call convert?
• Was this lead qualified?
• What action happened after the call?
In most cases, none of that is clearly tracked.
So I’m curious:
👉 If you’ve used AI voice agents, what’s been missing for you?
Is it:
Lack of real insights?
No clear ROI from calls?
complex and unpredictable pricing?
Or something else entirely?
We’re trying to rethink this space by turning calls into structured insights + real-time actions (like booking meetings during the call itself).
Would genuinely love to hear your thoughts before we launch 🙌

One thing I’ve noticed:
Most teams don’t actually know what happens inside their calls.
How are you currently tracking call outcomes?
