Hey folks In the last few weeks, I've talked to heads of marketing in ~30 firms across europe and middle east. One common challenge that people highlighted was that creating contextual campaigns in all their markets and languages (German, French, Spanish, Dutch, Arabic) takes a lot of time and this makes it hard to do moment marketing. There is often a 30-40% difference in conversion rates across markets depending on how rigorously a team can AB test creatives. Some of it is also scale driven.
