Hey! That's interesting :) I think you would convert more if you could just drop your website on a basic form, and you would return some results to show improvements, for free. You could even ask for the email too, in order to build a list of concrete leads, and when you show the results, display a "subscribe now" button that already shows the email. That way, you show how your tool is worth, you get half interested customers in a specific mail list, and you can convert them more easily right after on the result page that shows the quality of your tool. As it is today, I'll subscribe, but I don't know what I'll get. Maybe the quality is bad? I don't know, so I have to do all the steps required, which is a big constraint, and you'll lose lots of potential customers there! Hope that helps!
