What would help recruiters close candidates faster?

Started building Wreckruiter as a way for candidates to vet recruiters before responding. But the more I dig in, the more I see the other side of the problem.

Good recruiters are competing against spam and scams. Candidates ghost because they've been burned. The real ones are stuck fighting for attention alongside the noise.

So if you're a recruiter actually placing people - what would help you close faster? A public track record that does the selling for you? A way for past candidates to vouch for you? Better signal on who's actually serious vs. tire-kicking?

Thinking about this as a brand-building tool for recruiters, not just a rating site. The best ones should be able to leverage their reputation to win more deals.
