Came across Lottie Lab today on PH. I came back to post because I want to share with the team behind this how nice it works and how useful it is. I am going to date myself, but I started my career a long time ago making flash banners, this brought me back but with much more simplicity. I'm here to leave a bad review! Be careful when using this tool! After working hard all afternoon and night, I was ready to share my final file with the team. The system told me I needed to move it to the team folder. I followed the instructions, and boom—everything was gone! A whole night's work just disappeared, not saved at all! The next day, I had no choice but to redo everything from scratch. And guess what? After clicking share, it vanished again—the entire file, completely wiped out, nothing saved! I have no words to express how angry I am right now...

Sorry to hear you didn't have a positive experience with the tool. I looked into this and seems like it's related to a temporary issue with some particularly large files not showing up/ rendering on the dashboard, and therefore 'appeared' to not be saved.

We have since addressed this issue and happy to help retrieve/restore the last-saved version of your file to your dashboard if it's still not showing up. Simply send an email to support@lottielab.com and we'll follow up.

Nonetheless, I can imagine how frustrating it feels to have worked on something and it appears to just be 'gone'. The experience you had is below the standard we set for ourselves. We are always working to address these issues as soon as they emerge and will be sure to make your experience much smoother going forward.
