We’re building Pally because in a world full of ‘AI SDRs’, our warm connections become more important than ever… Yet today, keeping track of thousands of connections across countless social platforms is impossible. We forget to respond, we miss important moments, and we lose touch.

We’re building Pally to solve that.

## How does it work?

We bring together all your connections, across all your socials (inc. iMessage, WhatsApp, LinkedIn, Google, Email, Calendar, and X), and then our AI researches everything they’ve ever posted online.

Pally uses this deep understanding of each relationship to help you:

- Prepare you for meetings

- Stay in touch with your potential customers/hires/investors (or just remind you to ring your mum from time to time)

- Search over your network to find the right person for any query (”who do I know in New York that I’ve not spoken to in a while?”)

- Add people to pipelines

And much more. We also added some fun relationship stats, so you can see how social you are compared to other Pally users, how each relationship is growing/declining over time, and more.

## Who’s it for?

We’re mostly focused on founders and investors, but we’ve also seen salespeople, recruiters, agency owners, and creators get a lot of value from Pally; essentially anyone in a role where relationships are a primary focus (and honestly, we believe in the world of AI, that’s everyone).

## What's next?

We're excited to launch this into public beta today, learn from what our users are loving, and where they’re wanting more, and build that.

Our roadmap includes adding integrations with AI meeting note takers, so all your relationship context is in one place, adding an iOS app so you have all your data on the go, and adding more agentic capabilities.

@hazhubble Got it! At $30, it’s a reasonable price & not costly for professionals who want to actually get help while doing sales or even founders like me. But yes, with this pricing, it makes more sense for professional use than for personal use, might be a good idea to change your GTM to only target them rather than make it all purpose. Just my 2 cents :)

a direct competitor seems to be Clay (from the clay dot earth website) that Automattic acquired. how do you aim to stay ahead of them given they're been around a while?

I've been using the product for quite a while now. I use it to search through my network and find relevant contacts for sales, hiring or just people that can help me get intros. Love that it hooks into all my socials and it computes the closeness factor. Can't wait to see this develop even more!

💡 Bright idea

Pally is an unbelievably great product! Having tried out all previous iterations of Pally this version absolutely knocks it out of the park.

My personal experiences of the app recently:

Nothing beats a quick refresh of your relationships pre-meeting and Pally is a GO-TO!
The AI search is ridiculously good, whether you're raising or just building your network, you can find new relationships that you didn't realise you build!

Why I think this team rocks:

Haz & Wyatt are absolute rockstars and so responsive and supportive in the founder community. It's completely inevitable that they've ended up creating a super-connecter platform.
The speed of deployment of these two is off the charts!

Where could this product go next:

Imagine this combined with motion scheduling, or fyxer assistant whilst staying true to the human part of the mission.
I see only great things for Pally, smash it guys!

Just tested Pally and honestly, the idea of having all my contacts and conversations from different platforms in one place is super helpful especially for someone juggling work and outreach constantly.

I noticed that while pulling in data from platforms like LinkedIn or WhatsApp, there were some sync delays maybe it's still updating in the background?

Why not just call it a CRM for social media? Even if people aren’t customers, it could be a “contact relationship management” but saying “AI relationship” sounds like something else to me. Just me 2 cents :)

Stalk your ex, your boss, and your customer

Hey everyone,

We've added some new things to Pally, and we'd love your thoughts!

You can now 'star' people, and then Pally will continuously 'stalk' them and let you know if something important happens in their life.
We've dramatically improved search. Frankly, it now works, before it was awful. If you were let down by this in the past, we'd love you to try again.
- If you've given access, you can also search over all your iMessages and WhatsApp conversations. I personally love this.
We have an iOS companion app, so you can use Pally on the go.
We've added a 'network wrapped' so you can see some cool data about your network and how social you are.
