Curious to know.... are you positioning this more for small agencies just starting out, or established agencies trying to streamline ops? The messaging could go either way, which one you’re optimizing for.

When agencies land on AgencyPro for the first time, do they usually know which workflow fits them right away, or do you see some hesitation early on around setup or use cases? Asking because tools like this tend to click once people map it to their own service model.
@nishant_sharmaverick We have put effort in making sure that its takes minutes and not hours to get started with AgencyPro. Our positioning is around agencies selling productized services as well. Along with that, trying to reduce the friction as much as we can to get agencies their first request through AgencyPro.
@itsme_asadali That comes through. Optimizing for “first request in minutes” feels like the right north star, especially for productized agencies who just want momentum fast. Once an agency sees a real request come through, the value is obvious.
Sounds like you’re focusing on removing hesitation, not adding features.

Congrats! Looks cool - how does billing and invoicing work? Creates automated invoice pdfs?
@daniele_packard works both manual and automated way. With subscriptions, billing is on autopilot.
