Meet Ai Intern, your personal ChatGPT powered assistant that lives inside Slack, designed to make your work life easier and more efficient. It's like having an intern by your side, ready to help you 24/7.
Thanks @gurudeep_shrotriya! 🙌🏼🎉
What sets us apart is our optimization and fine-tuning for specific use cases. As we continue to develop our platform, we’re committed to investing in seamless user experiences and a customer-focused approach to building and improving our product.
Apart from this, we are launching use-case-focused, dedicated generative AI models in the coming weeks. The models will be more towards certain use cases in marketing and sales at scale, and coding.
@maria_brm Thank you Maria for your kind words 😊. We are glad to hear that you liked it and found it useful. Do let us know any specific feedback as you use it over next couple of weeks.
@usamaabidj I would be very glad to share insights, impressions and ideas! 😃😊✨

Congratulations on your launch! I think that the bot will make life easier for many Slack users. Tell me, can the bot send messages, materials according to the deadlines that you specified?
@xinzhu_chen Thank you Carly, we are working on the web platform platform as well. Headed your way in couple of weeks with more use-case oriented features.
That's a good question @xinzhu_chen! We've been dogfooding Ai Intern for quite some time now. Our team is remote primarily and we seldom meet up physically. Almost all of our discussions are happening in Slack and decisions are being made in between threads. So, Ai Intern goes HUGE in our day-to-day work in many ways:
- We're brainstorming ideas for a marketing campaign but it's a fuzzy Monday and we can't think of any good ideas. Bring Ai Intern into your conversation. Just as you're sending messages back and forth, ask Ai Intern to come up with something and it does that in seconds.
- We are having a debate in the engineering channel to decide the best architecture and design patterns for some specific features or are unclear about the fix for a pesky bug? Just ask Ai Intern to point out some suggestions.
- Just launched Ai Intern on product hunt, but I'm running out of unique ways to say thank you to all the good people here for their amazing response and feedback. You guessed it 😉

@muhammad_ahmad6 Wow that's brilliant! Thank you, Muhammad, for your valuable sharing! We are facing similar difficulties as you do. So I'm really into your ideas of applying for AI intern in Slack, though we don't use Slack for work (it's a pity😖). Anyway, I'm especially looking forward to your tool being used on the web platform!

@usamaabidj Great! Best wishes and I'm looking forward to it!
Thanks for the encouragement @xinzhu_chen ! 🙏 Working on the web platform. We'll let you know as soon as it's ready!
Btw, just curious, do you use any other communication/collaboration tools? 🤔
@mishlaev_vitaliy Yes but better; let me explain. Ai Intern is indeed based on OpenAi APIs but we've added an extra layer of alignment to fine-tune GPT to be the best Ai Assistant possible.
That extra layer makes sure that it stays truthful as much as possible, doesn't go off topic and the responses are more accurate. It also has a variety of features that are designed with some use cases in mind. Like the generation of code snippets. The GPT-4 model behind the "/code" command is specifically aligned to respond with quality code snippets. Plus there's also the "/image" command which allows you to generate high-quality AI Art from within Slack.
We also have some neat commands in the pipeline to get some specific things done quickly and accurately. So, keep a lookout for even more exciting updates and features in the future! 😉
@joshsorenson Long-form content support means that the Ai Intern features and responses are not just limited to a few characters. It can even handle lengthy blog posts as input and can also generate just as long responses. We made sure that the bot doesn't choke up or throttle if long-form content is requested by our users. 😄

@muhammad_ahmad6 How long? If say i wanted to load in multiple pages of content what is the word count limit to get information out of?
@joshsorenson Currently the exact word count limit is up to 3000 words in a single command. We're working on increasing this limit 10x with our upcoming integration of gpt4-based models in the next few days!

@muhammad_ahmad6 VERY interested in that, we have some longform content we would like to have GPT process.
