Big news! DevSecOps, EU-based company @Aikido Security just announced a $60M Series B at a $1B valuation.
@madelinelawren wrote in their blog announcement:
Today, Aikido is used by 100,000+ teams globally, including customers like the Premier League, SoundCloud, Niantic, and Revolut. Over the past year, we grew revenue 5x and more than tripled our customer base. (...)
The next chapter is about self-securing software. Not security as a reactive activity with dashboards and manual weeks long testing. Rather, software that can secure itself on demand.

AI powered triage surfaces the real issues and cuts the noise, which is a breath of fresh air for our team. If we had this a year ago, I think we'd be shipping with more confidence instead of chasing false alarms.
Aikido Security
@tonychang430 Couldn’t agree more — cutting through the noise is exactly what we’re after. 🚀 The goal is to give teams confidence to ship without the endless false alarms.

Seeing AI driven auto triage and fixes in action makes security feel like a teammate rather than a bottleneck. If it actually helps me ship features without the usual security back and forth, I'm curious to try.
Aikido Security
@jwfing Exactly! That’s the goal — security that works with you, not against you. 🚀 Making it feel like a helpful teammate so you can ship faster without the noise.
Aikido Security
@rbluena Thanks a lot 🎉 Really appreciate the support — would love to hear your feedback once you give it a spin 🙌

Can you give me some examples of vulnerabilities that Aikido's SCA can detect?
Aikido Security
@lucianb We catch all known vulnerabilities. For instance, if your project includes a library affected by Log4Shell or the OpenSSL Heartbleed bug, we'll flag it. We also detect less famous CVEs and even malicious packages that are not yet widely known.
@lucianb Essentially all known CVE's in Database like NVD, Debian, Linux, Github advisory, etc.. + we have our own detection with intel.aikido.dev that detects issues sometimes months before they're in public databases.
Can we integrate Aikido with our team's communication tools like Slack or Microsoft Teams?
Aikido Security
@alexander_reb Yes, we offer notifications for Slack, Microsoft Teams, and other communication platforms. You can configure them to receive real-time alerts about critical vulnerabilities, so your team is always in the loop.

How does Aikido's CSPM identify security risks in my cloud?
Aikido Security
@hsargsyan Thanks for the question! Aikido uses a read-only API to scan your cloud accounts. It checks things like storage access, IAM roles, and firewall rules against best practices. Misconfigured settings are flagged for review—with zero impact on your performance.

Does Aikido's SCA just report issues, or can it automatically fix them?
Aikido Security
@andrazz thanks for the question. It does more than just report. For many issues, Aikido provides one-click AutoFix solutions. It suggests a safe version to upgrade to and can even automatically open a pull request to fix the dependency for you.
