@rafyasarmatta Talla is doing great in the service management space. It has been built to answer employees' questions around different areas in an organisation. Organisations are using it to tackle IT and HR tickets by automating answers to most commonly answered questions.
However, Amber is a "question asking" bot. She reaches out to employees on her own where all her questions are designed to understand employee experience. She doesn't answer questions related to anything. Her primary job is to gather employee feedback and then do data analysis based on our A.I. algorithms. Also, her reach outs are designed around employee lifecycle (time spent in the company) making them highly personalised and targeted.
Based on her conversations with the employees, Amber shows the following results in her dashboard:
1. List of people who are at high, medium or low risk of leaving
2. Areas that employers need to work on to improve their culture
3. Employee happiness trend etc.
In short, Amber is a "question asking" bot designed to question a company's experience provided to it's employees whereas Talla is designed to answer pre-fed questions about services and policies of the company. Hope this answers your question. Would love to hear your thoughts :)

Can it be implemented for more than 2 years ?

Looks great as of now! Would love to give it a try
@rohit11 Glad to know that but unfortunately, Amber doesn’t function at her full potential in organizations with less than 200 employees. However, if there is such a company in your network, I would be more than happy to help at tanmaya@infeedo.com
This 2 minute video interview with Dunkin' Donuts and Domino's Pizza might be of interest though:
