Congrats, team! The AI-driven approach to streamline app and user provisioning sounds game-changing for startups. As someone who has grappled with managing multiple apps, I'm intrigued. Given that everything happens locally on the Mac, how does AppManager ensure consistent updates and handle potential compatibility issues with evolving software in a startup's tech stack? Would love to know more! šš¾
@uxyemi That is a great question, we will crawl the apps' interfaces to ensure that every action and flow is correct and accurate for AI and AI will be able to help us structure the actions for web automations
Wow, AppManager sounds like a game-changer for startups! I love how you're using AI to simplify user provisioning and app management. It's great to see a solution that not only streamlines IT processes but also makes it affordable for startups. I'm curious to know more about the AI capabilities of AppManager. How does it learn and adapt to different startup needs? Also, have you considered integrating with popular project management tools like Trello or Asana? Keep up the great work!
@alex_kachalov Startups are using different apps naturally based on their business needs, goals and budgets. We will start integrating from the widely used - most important apps for startups. We adapt AI to understand web flows for each app and execute IT ops tasks with web automation. Trello is in the upcoming app list, Asana is already available! Thanks š„
AppManager team, congratulations on the launch! I know how annoying it can be to manage multiple apps simultaneously. I genuinely appreciate the concept, especially the managing subscriptions feature, as I tend to forget to pay on time. Could you please provide more details about AppManager functionality? What kinds of actions can I perform with the apps I connect? Thank you, and best of luck!
@mary_rumyantzeva Hello! Thanks for asking, after you connect apps you can add and import users at this moment. But in a week or so you will be able to remove users as well. In the future, connecting apps will allow you to see app cost per user, streamline total monthly and yearly app subscription costs, manage user seats and licenses, upgrade downgrade or cancel subscriptions, show billing, get smarter insights about your app usages and preferences and many many automated IT onboarding benefits :)
@suzaneandersoon Right now, it is not possible. But we'll enable role, access and permission assignment for all apps also with project, groups, workspace or base selection.
@naoto_shibata_morph In this initial version you can add users, but in a week or so you will be also able to add and remove multiple users at once to multiple apps.
