One thing that I like while looking at the product is the single-thread view per customer. That concept is quietly powerful. I'm curious, have you experimented with making that “single source of truth for customer conversations” idea the main narrative on the homepage? It feels like the core value behind everything else you’re building.

Unconventional but useful idea! For our shared mailboxes, only a few people know the password, but that’s not very convenient, and a Help Desk isn’t needed for our volume yet.
@lio_slama This is a great product idea. One UX improvement that could increase user activation is simplifying the onboarding flow.
