I actually tested this yesterday and it was incredible how fast it did the job!!! I even asked for quite a complicated web browser task and BOOM 🤯 it worked, it modified when I wanted to make changes, I felt the AGI 😮💨 well done team!

@marialuquea Haha, feel the AGI with Asteroid! Thank you for the support!
Congrats on the launch, Joe and David - been following since YC. The progress has been incredible.
Asteroid
@kai_loudon just getting started! 💪
Congratulations on the launch guys - the progress you have been making in such a short space of time is amazing. Wish you all the best !
@tom_szyszko thank you for the kind words :)
For a long time, I've frankly been an AI agent skeptic, concerned about reliability and repeatability. The tools I tried previously all felt gimmicky—they work super well in demos, but break as soon as I try something myself. I've played around with Asteroid for a while now and the immense effort that has been put into creating specialised and trustworthy agents is unparalleled. This type of technology is one where you start to notice more and more opportunities as you use it. Less time on boring tasks, more time on real life.
Kudos, team! 🚀
@callumtilbury Thank you for the support. We've put a lot of work into allowing you to build reliable agents, so glad to see that has come through.
Asteroid
@drabekj Thank you so much! We had a lot of discussions whether to do just prompt based agents, or give it a structure with graph, but we decided that structure is needed to actually have reliable agents. We even wrote a blog post on it! - https://asteroid.ai/blog/introducing-asteroid-ai-browser-agents/
This is seriously impressive - I've never seen anyone get anywhere near a useful level of browser automation with AI, but these guys seem to have cracked it. Can already imagine a ton of use cases for people in the growth space - super excited to see what comes next!

@bobbydilley Thanks for the support! Such a fast moving space and its important to get genuine useful systems out whilst evolving with the technology. Look forward to showing you more of what we've been working on!

Awesome product!! Sounds like it would be really useful for things like quick books automation for a lot of small-medium sized businesses. Nice work!
@josiahsrc Thank you for the support. Yes that sounds like a perfect use case!
