One thing I'd love to see is a built-in spam and robocall filter on the voice receptionist side. So many service businesses get hammered with solicitation calls and it would save a ton of headaches if AutoRev could auto-detect those, log them separately, and only push real customer calls through to the workflow. Would make the after-hours experience way cleaner.
Booked a test call at 11pm and woke up to a confirmed appointment with notes already in ServiceTitan, which still feels a little wild. The estimate-from-photos demo was impressively close to what my human estimator would have priced.
Answered a test call as me and booked a job straight into ServiceTitan without me touching anything, which honestly kind of spooked me in a good way. The two-way sync alone is worth a look for service shops running on those CRMs.
