I was putting in many hours into configuring my OpenClaw agent —fine-tuning prompts, building memory, and perfecting workflows. Needed a back up solution. You can point OpenClaw to the NPM locally. Didn't want to lose it to a hardware failure, theft, fire, etc. either. Built BackupClaw with my brother to secure your bot with privacy-first, zero-knowledge encryption. Keep distinct versions locally for free or automate off-site backups to our encrypted cloud. Launch offer of $0.99/mth.
Love OpenClaw but was always concerned I'd break it with updates and changes. Weekend project with my brother to create some back ups locally, see NPM, https://www.npmjs.com/package/ba....
You can also just point your OpenClaw to the install page and tell it to install it for you which is cool, https://www.backupclaw.com/install
Cloud version makes it easy to move it between computers or just in case of fire/theft/hardware failure even.
Hopefully community finds it helpful.
