This is an excellent product, I have been using it for several years, and it is one of the most essential tools in my company. 1. Easy to use. 2. Easy to share inside and outside my organization. 3. Unlimited storage is lovely and super fast. 4. Until today, it has never stopped working 5. Customer service is top-notch; They are very professional, efficient, and fast. 6. One key thing is that I can use the links to my company's domain, and my clients and friends feel super safe by easily annealing our links since Berrycast allows me to use my domain. 7. Being able to choose from multiple highlight colors when creating my videos is fantastic. 8. The team account allows me to collaborate with my collaborators easily and keeps my files safe and invisible to them. This is the perfect tool for an SAA to work comfortably and efficiently. I've been using Berryast for a while, and even though I have and have used other similar-ish tools, I keep coming back to Berrycast. The main thing for me is that it's quick to record and share a video. I know is in the wheelhouse of a lot of other products, but Berrycast fits that bill of simplicity where I can make my video and share it with customers and stakeholders without fussing with lots of extra settings and whatnot unless I want to. My main uses are in the product space sharing updates, creating source videos for other uses, and communicating short topics that slide decks just aren't a good fit for, and it never disappoints.

At Finc3 we love Berrycast since years and it helps us tremendously in aligning teams and pushing complex discussions into asynchronous videos / video replies compared to going from meeting to meeting while pushing deadlines. What I love about the AI / transcription capabilities: in the Enterprise version they are really, really good. I regularly answer questions via Berrycast, but the transcript and associated summary features help us to make that indexable in a much better way.

I can't overstate how many times Berrycast has saved me from miscommunication. It's easier to show than explain and describe. What's even better is to show AND describe. The transcriptions and AI summaries were a much-needed addition and improved my process. Now people can read through the transcript and go to the relevant parts of the video easily. Great product from a great team!

We use this tool almost daily for meaningful communications with our clients. As a real estate team, we conduct property assessment once per year for all our clients. Using Berry cast to record and send them out saves us a ton of time. And that's just one use, we do screen captures of processes, best practices and SOP's. Great product.

Have been using BerryCast for a while and its been great seeing it evolve. They take feedback seriously and constantly iterate. It's snappy, sound is in sync, multiple resolution support, has been working solid without crashes on my M1 Macbook air for a while now. Its great!

BerryCast is one of my most used tools. I use it multiple times a day every day. I have enjoyed it since the first time I used it and now it is my go to app for any kind of screen recording, tutorials, demos, enhances communication. I really love BerryCast and I am looking forward to the next stage. Based on Jean-Christophe's description here, I am clearly not using BC to its full potential! (And here I thought I was a power user. LOL) Hopefully they will continue take care of not only all their customers, but especially their earliest brand enthusiasts!

Have been using Berrycast for a couple of years now. The team has been rolling out cool features and updates consistently. Would highly recommend. Feedback to team - it would be very helpful if you could create short, to the point video tutorials on how the new features can be exploited. I am sure there are more use cases than what I use it for :)

Hey, I have been using Berrycast for the past 1-2 years and it has immensly helped me in giving an edge to my self practice. With its newly added features like notifications, i get to see whenever someone is watching my videos. Custom Branding is an added advantage for me here. I look forward to keep using it for all recording related work.
