I had a HORRIBLE experience with BillShark! They actually raised my phone bill by $67/month and then tried to charge me $200 to undo the damage they did. The only thing I would recommend is that you RUN, not walk as far away as possible from this scam!

@inurfacemakeup Sorry you had a poor experience. I can assure you that we did not raise your bill. In instances like yours, the reason is that the provider did not not honor the promised savings. We guarantee our service and will fight to get the savings applied even when the provider messes up. In cases where we are unable to correct the issue (we're able to fix it 95% of the time), we will absolutely adjust your invoice accordingly.

I would not recommend using billshark. Billshark lowered my phone bill by $14 each month, and for this I had to pay them $150 upfront. I had to ay 1.5 month's worth of my phone bill to make up for a service designed to lower my phone bill :S I thoroughly read the website and terms, but I missed the fact that they calculate their 40% margin based on TWO YEARS worth of savings. I should have read BBB reviews before using their service.

Cons:
It cost me $150, 150%+ of my full phone bill, upfront to get the $14/month reduction
