What's the average savings? Do you have to accept your savings? (e.g. you only save $5/mo.)
@amyers Is there such thing as 'too small of a savings"? $5/mo for 24 months is $120! That's over 50 Dunkin' Donuts coffees!! (that's how I measure at least) ;-) ... Once you enroll, we throw blood in the water and send our sharks after your provider. There's no slowing them down. If we are unable to save you money, there's no cost and you know you already have the best possible rate (good news!). When we save you money (more good news...AND our success rate is currently at 90%), we collect half of the first year's savings...regardless of how few coffees (errr...money), we save you.
[edit] ooops, I swam right by your first question. Our average savings is around $320 with our high-water mark (biggest savings on a single bills) is $5,700!

@hoody11100 Thanks for the quick reply. DirecTV is the subject -- they're the worst about savings. Also, can I specify what I want? For example, I dont' want a 2 year contract with 12 months as a discounted rate; I'd like the same rate for 2 years or 1 year etc. Let me know, I might see what y'all can do.
@amyers Yes. We will not change any services without your consent (unless we get stuff added for free)! In the enrollment process the customer has the option to authorize us to extend/add a contract (again, with your existing provider). If this consent isn't given, we do not commit you. However, if during our negotiation process we identify a significant savings as a result of adding a contract, we will contact you, provide you with the options, and allow you to consider it as an option.

@hoody11100@amyers I was just about to ask how your company makes a fair profit, and now I know (-: I love when a tech startup can be profitable right out of the gates! ...and this is one I'll be signing up for today!
@hoody11100@sidrock28 When you do I'll jump on your service like a.. ummmm... shark :) seriously bring this to Canada. One of the most uncompetitive rip-off marketplaces I have ever seen, and I say this as an Englishman.
@ourielohayon hey Ouriel, we actually had that feature on the app...while in beta, no one would send their bills (after stating they would send by email)..on the app, please go through the "Have the sharks get your bill" selection to create an account, and send the bills to bills@billshark.com, thanks
@steve_mckean fyi uploaded my bills 3 days ago. Still no answer.

Well Billshark is indeed a great product and saves huge money on the bills. However, my curiosity forced me to dig deeper into the negotiation niche and found that there are some more companies having more than 98% successful negotiation rate and they charge way lesser than what billshark charges as their service fees. One of them is Billtrim.com. A startup from california ready to rock the negotiation industry with innovative technology and skillful workforce.
